Our activities are currently suspended following the COVID-19 situation.
Each freediving agency has its own particular methodology, a unique philosophy, and some slightly different objectives. At Conservation Freediver Bohol, we developed our own way of giving courses by integrating the latest developments in the sector and by mixing the different approaches we found in Apnea Total, AIDA and SSI freediving agencies.
We follow Apnea Total’s philosophy by providing a personalized experience based on the quality of the sensations and the beauty of the experience rather than focusing on the performance itself. Because finally, this is essentially what freediving is about: letting go, and enjoy.
We also integrated the professional and precise touch of AIDA and SSI freediving agency, and we propose along a more classic requirements-based program that will allow you to continue your freediving journey with a certification that is recognized everywhere in the the world.
In the end, you choose the path that suits you best and we adapt our style to your aspirations: discovery, experience, enjoyment, exploration, performance, evolution, precision, competition, … It’s all up to you.
And be assured that whatever you seek, we will bring it to you through comfort, relaxation and security.

Advanced Freediver Course
By the completion of this course, students will be surprised to achieve depths of over 30 meters on one breath alone. The most advanced breathing techniques together with our specific preparation for deep dives will make this possible even if you have just started in the sport.
The Advanced Freediver Course runs for 3 days and is divided into 3 theory/breathing sessions, 1 pool session, and 2 deep water sessions. This includes static apnea with breath-holds of over 3 minutes in the water, even if you think that this is impossible our Instructors will reveal with success your true aquatic potential. During our deep diving water sessions, you will progressively achieve new depths with knowledge, control, comfort, and fun. The highly-experienced Apnea Total Instructors will be by your side at all times while underwater and will guide you with precise instructions for breathing, relaxation, and techniques necessary to achieve these depths.
Upon completion of the Advanced Freediver Course, you will receive a certification as well as private online access to the Advanced Freediver Course materials, so that you can maintain your freediving knowledge.
