After learning various aspects about yourself (personality, goals, etc.), you will get an individual periodised training program which is updated regularly.
The program is made in order to reach peak performance at a certain point, keeping up motivation, evolving mental and physical capabilities and preventing overtraining. Throughout the program we constantly stay in contact, for feedback-learning and also as part of the mental training.
I hold big value in individuality, creating training programs which are tailored for the specific needs of the athletes.
"Mind over matter" and "spirituality combined with science" is one of my principles, with the mind being as much subject to the training program as the body.

Over ten years of experience, mostly being my own coach and having to learn everything on my own, has made it possible for me, to find my own unbiased approaches to common problems in freediving and develop unusual training programs, all backed up, by my knowledge from studying kinesiology.
