During 3 online sessions of a little more than an hour each i will teach you how to practice zen meditation. I will also answer your questions so you feel supported in your practice and make sure you get the basics to achieve a deeper degree of inner peace.
Helped by pranayama and simple yoga exercises, this session will also teach you how to prepare for meditation, which exercises you can do to quiet your mind and rest.
No dogma, no philosophy... just practical exercises for your to become free in your ways to discover yourself and the space of peace that resides within you.
