Hi, I’m Natalie,
I fell in Love with Freediving because as a scuba diver I would see the beautiful serene Freedivers come down to the same depths as us with no fear and with absolute grace and agility, seeming far more connected and belonging to their surroundings than I did with my tank.
I started to compete out of curiosity in 2017 and have been traveling and competing since then, attaining 8 South African National Records and winning 2 competitions.
I love to share my passion of the sport with others and help to make my students feel calm, relaxed and supported in the water
