AIDA 2 ** - is a course for the first full degree and is a continuation of learning from the AIDA * training. It is also a good start for people who already feel confident in the water or have experience in diving (scuba or freediving). The course addresses the most important aspects of breath-holding diving, i.e. disciplines, physiology, special breathing, and relaxation techniques, learning to swim correctly in fins, freediving equipment, and issues related to pressure equalization, as well as the risks and safety in freediving. The training is designed to develop your potential and make you fully aware and above all safe ways to practice recreational freediving.

The course lasts 3 days and includes:
- 3 theoretical lectures,
- 1 practical class on breathing techniques,
- 5 sessions in water (2 swimming pools, 3 open water).

Requirements: hold your breath for at least 2 minutes, swim underwater in the fins a distance of at least 40m, and dive with fins to a depth of at least 16 - 20 m.

Course price: 250 USD or 1000 PLN (includes fees for swimming pool, Query fee, and certification fees)
