Hi, I'm Jo Puma
I am a passionate freediving instructor, born and raised in the beautiful Northern Mindanao area (Philippines). Ever since I was a kid, I have always been drawn into the beauty of nature.
Freediving enabled me to deeply connect with the beauty of nature, with the beauty of our ocean and its inhabitants and made me realize that our bodies are meant to be treated as sacred vessels.
Freediving, the ocean, fresh clean air, and the beautiful sceneries you’ll discover if you visit Northern Mindanao saved my life.
As a freediving instructor, I see it as my mission to protect and preserve our precious natural resources, by bringing environmental awareness to my fellow freedivers and friends.
Mother Nature's health is also our health.
