DURATION: 2 days ½
PRICE:
Only course: 290 euro, including ALL fees (digital student manual, digital certification, pool and all necessary equipment).
PREREQUISITES:
Be at least 18 years (or 12 with parental consent).
Know how to swim.
Medical certificate with less than two years, indicating you “do not have medical contraindications for freediving”.
Includes: freediving equipment, insurance during the course.
SCHEDULE:
DAY 1: Starting at about 9.30am with some theory and breathing techniques, we go to the first OW session. After the lunch break we follow with a static and dynamic breath-hold session and debriefing.
DAY 2: Theory and we go to the second OW session, to keep practicing freediving technique and learn Frenzel equalization.
DAY 3: One OW session to learn all the safety skills and exam.
