COURSE PURPOSE
This program provides you with the training and knowledge required to safely freedive with a buddy in open water environments to depths of 30 meters. You will earn the SSI Level 2 Freediving certification after completing this program..
The course is also designed to develop new skills and a higher knowledge of safety procedures and techniques for freediving such as free falling, Frenzel equalising, training tables, the risks of increasing and decreasing pressure and how to minimise these risks.
At the end of our courses you will receive a handout to take home.

Certification Prerequisites: Must be able to swim
be certified Freediving Level 1
at least 6 logged freediving sessions.

Maximum Training Depth: 30 meters / 100 feet
Suggested Duration: 24 - 30 hours
What to expect
Theory takes place first,All learning will be done on your own time onl;ine or on our new app via phone.
During the day we cover aspects of intermediate level Freediving, from disciplines, anatomy, techniques and safety. followed by pool practicals, safety and assessment. There is time to eat your packed lunch during the theory lectures, please bring a bottle of water.
What to bring Mask - Fins - swim wear (aqua-skins / triathlon / wet suit / rash-vests are recommended) We can provide masks and fins for hire - although we have limited stock, it will be a 'first booked first secured' basis
Scuba fins, snorkel fins, masks and drysuits are not suitable for freediving, please do not bring these!
