The basic course is dedicated for those who decided to become a freediver. It is suitable both for people who have never dived in their life, as well as for those who want to get a solid foundation in order to improve their breath hold and dives.

PRACTICE
Breathing technique and preparation for holding the breath.
Full body and chest stretching.
Relaxation and body scanning practices.
Correct body position and finning technique.
Equalization workshop.
Static apnea session - holding your breath on land and in the water.
Dynamic apnea session - freediving in the pool.
Open water sessions - freediving along the rope with fins and pulling up with hands.
Practicing buddy system and rescue skills.
What you will achieve after the course completion
Breath hold - 2:00 min +
Be able to swim under the water in the pool with fins more than 40 meters
Dive to the depth of 16-20 meters
Apply the buddy system and rescue skills
